This is a really helpful and interesting online course which offers a lot of information and simple exercises aimed at helping to manage or reduce urinary or faecal incontinence and the distress they cause. It focuses in particular on how to work with your pelvic floor and related muscles to reduce incontinence. The content is delivered in a very straightforward and sympathetic way. It is accompanied by videos demonstrating the exercises, as well as diagrams, hints and tips and worksheets to help you keep track of your progress. It is an excellent and user-friendly programme.
